We believe payroll pricing should be simple and transparent. No hidden fees, no confusing packages and no nasty surprises. Just straightforward pricing and friendly support whenever you need it.
Our payroll fees are based on the number of employees you have.
As your business grows, the cost per employee reduces as you move into the next pricing band.

Minimum monthly fee: £100.
All prices are based on a fully managed payroll service and include access to Sage Payroll, employer portal access and ongoing support from our experienced team.
Auto Enrolment & Workplace Pensions
£2 per month per employee in the pension scheme.
Includes:
- Pension submissions
- Employee communications
- Ongoing administration
- Redeclaration of compliance
If you already have a workplace pension scheme in place, we’ll happily work with your existing provider.
Additional Services
P11D Submission
£30 per employee, per year.
Holiday Entitlement Calculations
Price on application.
Sage HR & Employee Benefits
Available as optional add-ons. Please contact us for pricing.
Not every business requires these additional services, which is why they’re charged separately to keep things fair for all of our clients.
Important Information
Payroll information should be provided at least three working days before payday.
A £5 late fee per day may apply if information is received after this deadline.
